The Soulmate | Part 1

        

        "Wake Up..! You are getting late for the Gym..!!", Sneha shouted at the ear. Horrified and confused, quickly he checked the mobile for the time and relaxed as he still had 20 minutes. She is celebrating her tease with a cute laugh. A little frustrated, he said, "Madam, I don't have that much determination as you do..." Without delay, he quickly freshened himself and attended the gym session. Uff, the gym was tough, as always; He returned home and quickly got ready for the office.

        The office work is never the same; once it is tough and once it is easy - 'whatever it is, we have to move on ' he said to himself. Today is okayish work, so he waited till for the clock to cross the work time; after bidding a bye to his colleagues, boarded the bus with his batch which lives in the same area. He is surprised to find Sneha there - she did not inform him about this, he wondered what she planned. There she is, boarding the bus like a stranger - and looking at him straight to the eye. He got a glimpse of his past and while he was still in that trance, and heard a voice "Ticket or pass?" - it's the conductor. He quickly showed his pass and resumed traveling back through his memories...

        Sneha worked at an NGO as part of the volunteering schedule by college, that's where he met her. The NGO is near his home and he visits it to give off his old clothes or gadgets when he buys new ones; One such time, he is received by Sneha and both made a good talk. That one talk resulted in many talks afterward, and they exchanged numbers when she was leaving the NGO to plan her own business; they have ultimately passed the test of time and realized that they are made for each other...

        So, here on one side, we had a groom with a cool job and trying to settle asap, and the bride who is planning her business and exploring the world. Both jobs are unrelated but they are working on quite a few things - spending time together, and enjoying each moment so strong that they need not look at an album to revisit them - the memories live in their hearts till last breath...

        He came to his senses when his colleague poked; yeah, he has to get down the bus now. Sneha was laughing at him, and he also laughed at himself, and quickly they got off the bus. Having hand-in-hand, the couple is walking towards his home. He asked "that was a surprise, I did not expect that you'd arrive for me at the stop.." she replied - "what then? do you think I will sit at home 24x7?", not knowing how to reply, he just masked the situation with a slight laugh...

        "Come on yaar, how much time you take..?" asked Sneha, "Yeah, coming.. just a minute.." reply came from the kitchen. After finishing the dinner, they were preparing the bed, and she said - "do you know, my day is tough; I am on my period but still with all the pain I came to see you, but you did not even come to me and ask me how I was doing; you just let me stand there.."

        That question startled him and suddenly he did not understand what was happening; after some moments, When he realized that he again fell for her tease, he relaxed to find her making that cute tease-win pose. Thought himself 'maybe humans have next evolution phase where women need not have the horrible cramps...'

        However, he is feeling a bit better now, as she no longer has the cramps, for that case she doesn't feel any pain; he thanked God for making souls not go through pains, and slowly fell asleep...
